Install the PEACE Operating System, and stop paying for the conflict your culture keeps burying.

A leadership system your team runs every week, built on Protect, Encourage, Accept, Contribute, and Express, installed in your company in ninety days. Values people can say. Conflict that gets resolved. A culture that honors Christ and grows profit without compromising either one.

Twenty-five questions. About five minutes. You see your five PEACE scores immediately.

Watch: the PEACE Operating System in about a minute

What the system is, what you get, and what happens before you ever book a call.

Eighty seconds. Tap to play.

The quiet cost

Compromise is quiet. The cost is not.

Every hard decision routes through you. People agree in the meeting and resist after the meeting. The values are on the wall, and nobody on the team can repeat them. Two of your leaders read each other through old wounds instead of trust, and the project stalls while they wait each other out. Good people stop believing the mission includes them, and one day the best of them gives notice.

The research puts the cost in plain numbers. Managers spend 4.4 hours a week on workplace conflict (Pollack Peacebuilding, 2026). A toxic culture predicts turnover ten times more strongly than pay (MIT Sloan Management Review). Only twenty percent of employees worldwide are engaged at work (Gallup, 2026). And people in high-trust companies report seventy-four percent less stress (Zak, Harvard Business Review).

And the cost does not stay at the office. You replay the meeting on the drive home. You answer your spouse with half your attention. You wake at three in the morning rehearsing a conversation you will not have tomorrow either. Your culture is deciding whether you are present at dinner.

Here is the part most faith-driven leaders miss. Your culture is not only a business asset. Your culture is a witness. The people you lead spend more waking hours under your leadership than almost anywhere else, and what they experience there teaches them what a follower of Jesus looks like in charge.

Kirsten's story

I believed avoiding conflict was kindness. It was compromise.

I spent years keeping the peace, at home and at work, by saying nothing. I called that kindness. What my silence did was let the problems grow until the problems cost more than any conversation would have. Real peace requires courage. I learned that the hard way, and then I learned what courage builds.

In management at Nordstrom, we took the mission to make Nordstrom special and gave team members the freedom to implement their ideas. We were recognized month after month for superior customer experience, and as the culture transformed we saw double-digit increases. That is where I first watched a culture change the numbers.

Years later I served as Director of Culture inside a faith-driven, multi-million-dollar company. Nobody there could name the values. The values were never on the wall, and the culture showed it. We got clear on the mission, the vision, and the core values, wrote them in plain words, and built a recognition program that brought the values into daily practice. Teams that had kept score started sharing the work and the credit. People recognized each other by name for living the values. Acknowledgment became connection, and connection became collaboration. The people who did not fit the values left, which gave the company the chance to hire people who did. And as the system took hold, people came back to their faith, found healing, and grew.

That season gave me God's blueprint for Kingdom culture, and the PEACE Operating System is what I built from what worked. Underneath the business system is more than twenty years of faith-driven conflict resolution, helping individuals lead their families with real peace, because the same five things a family needs are the five things a company needs: to be protected, encouraged, accepted, contributing, and heard.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God" (Matthew 5:9). Peacemaking is not the absence of conflict. Peacemaking is a system for handling conflict in a way that honors God and keeps your people. That is what you install.

What you install

The whole system: what you stand for, who you hire, how you recognize people, how you handle conflict, how you measure.

1. Foundation: mission, vision, and core values. Written in PEACE language, with the processes and policies that support them, so everyone can name the values and knows what the values look like on a Tuesday.
2. Hire: interviewing by values. Values-based interview questions, a scorecard, and reference questions, so you bring in people who already fit the culture instead of hoping they will.
3. Onboard: onboarding by mission, vision, and values. The first thirty days install the culture in every new hire, with a PEACE orientation and the policies they will be held to.
4. Recognize: a values-based recognition program. Behavior gets recognized against the values, in public and on a rhythm, so the culture you want is the culture you reward.
5. Resolve: the Conversation Builder. Some people avoid conflict, and others run to it without a plan. When a conflict starts, anyone on your team can build a successful conversation with results, unity, and trust to move forward, in about ten minutes, on their phone, in private. Conflict gets resolved instead of buried, and your leaders handle conflict without you and tell you afterward.
6. Grow and measure. The five PEACE modules for your leadership team, team building practices, the Courageous CEO Recharge, and a quarterly culture review that shows what the culture is costing and what is changing.
How the installation works

Ninety days to install. Then your leadership team runs the system.

Week 1: Diagnose The Culture Cost Diagnostic for your leadership team, plus confidential interviews. You see the five pillar scores and where compromise crept in.
Weeks 2 to 3: Decide A courageous conversation with your leadership team about what has been tolerated and what will change. Kirsten is in the room.
Days 1 to 90: Install Mission, vision, and values written. Policies adopted. Interviewing and onboarding by values. The recognition program launched. The Builder turned on. The first PEACE modules taught.
Ongoing: Sustain Monthly leadership coaching and quarterly culture reviews with the numbers, so the system holds when you are not in the room.

What changes

Before PEACE leads Every hard decision routes through you. Agreement in the meeting, resistance after the meeting. Values on the wall that nobody can repeat. Good work noticed only when something goes wrong. You bring the tension home.
When PEACE leads Leaders handle conflict without you and tell you afterward. Less gossip, tension, and chronic conflict. Values people can say, and catch each other living. More trust, ownership, and team unity. A culture that reflects your values and honors Christ. Greater peace at work and at home.
Who this is for

Faith-driven CEOs, founders, ministry leaders, and nonprofit leaders who are done managing symptoms.

This is for the leader of a company, a church, a ministry, or a nonprofit with a team of five people or more, and revenue or financial support of two million dollars and above, who wants to install a system the leadership team runs without them. Leaders who want their culture to honor Christ without preaching at anyone. Leaders who are tired of being the only one who carries the values.

Culture drives revenue. When people feel seen, heard, and valued, they connect. When they connect, they collaborate around a common mission, vision, and core values, and they support one another to drive the mission forward. Conflict gets resolved quickly instead of eating the week, so less time is wasted and more time goes to the work. That clarity turns into productivity, and productivity turns into profitability for a company and increased financial support for a ministry or nonprofit, because satisfied clients and supporters feel the impact of a team working together. A team of five with a healthy culture can carry a two-million-dollar mission. A team of fifty with a broken one cannot.

This is not for the leader who wants a workshop and a poster. The PEACE Operating System is installed, practiced weekly, and measured quarterly, and the CEO goes first. If you want your culture to change without you changing, this is the wrong page.

How to start

Two steps. The first takes five minutes.

Step 1. Take the free Culture Cost Diagnostic. Twenty-five questions, about five minutes, scored across the five PEACE pillars. You see your results immediately, and your full Culture Cost Report and the 7-Day Courageous Culture Plan for Kingdom Impact arrive by email. Nobody sees your answers but you and Kirsten.
Step 2. Book your Culture Cost Assessment call. Thirty minutes with Kirsten on Zoom. Bring your five scores. You tell her what is going on. She asks the questions she would ask if she were sitting in your leadership meeting. You leave with a clear picture of whether this is a conflict problem or a culture problem, what she would do first, and what the installation would look like for a company your size. No pitch. If you are a fit, she will tell you. If you are not, she will tell you that too.

Questions leaders ask first

Before you book.

Is the PEACE Operating System software? The PEACE Operating System is a leadership system installed in your company: mission, vision, and values with the policies that support them, interviewing and onboarding by values, a recognition program, and the practices your leadership team runs every week. One piece is a tool your people use on their phones, the Conversation Builder. The Builder comes with the system; the system comes first.

Is this only for Christian-owned companies? The system is built for faith-driven leaders. The system works in any organization, and the system is designed to honor Christ without requiring every employee to share the faith. Your people will notice the culture. They will not be preached at.

How long does the installation take? Ninety days to install, then monthly support and a quarterly culture review. You will see the first change in the leadership meeting within the first month.

Does this work for churches and ministries? Yes. A church staff and a company carry the same five needs, and the same quiet compromise. The system installs the same way.

What does the installation cost? The investment depends on the size of your company and the scope of the installation. The assessment call is where we talk about the number, once Kirsten has seen your scores and heard what is going on.
